Gabbi is a digital health company on a mission to decrease delayed diagnosis of breast cancer among women by providing the first consumer-facing, evidence-based breast cancer risk assessment model. The company combines personalized risk assessment with care navigation and clinical support to enable early detection—where stage 0-1 diagnoses have a 99% survival rate versus 30% for stage 4.
As Head of Operations, you will lead the scaling of Gabbi to a $100M annual business over the next four years while establishing clinical and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role at an early-stage healthtech company where you'll own end-to-end operations, P&L accountability, and organizational infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
**Business Operations & Strategy**: Partner with the CEO on investor and board reporting; own quarterly OKRs and planning; build and maintain KPI dashboards with a data-driven management approach; manage budgeting and financial performance; develop scalable operations to support expansion; ensure compliance with MSO/PC requirements and healthcare regulations; manage vendor contracts and MSAs to maximize rebates and ensure compliance.
**Partnership Management & Growth**: Develop processes and SOPs to drive consistent growth and profitability with referral partners, health systems, and practices; convert Gabbi strategies into executable tactical frameworks; own the sales-to-implementation handoff; execute health system go-lives end-to-end including site rollouts, staffing coordination, and ramp-up.
**Leadership & Team Development**: Build SOPs, playbooks, and systems that enable company scaling; partner with technical teams on tooling and process needs; lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and talent retention.
You've held similar operating roles (Head of Ops, VP Ops, Director of Ops) at one or two prior startups or healthcare practices. You're comfortable in lean environments wearing multiple hats, strong with data and modeling, experienced in healthcare systems or regulated environments, and energized by early-stage company building. You want to build scalable infrastructure, not just manage existing operations.
