Addi is a leading fintech platform in Latin America, serving over 2 million customers and 20,000+ merchants. The company provides banking solutions (deposits, payments, unsecured credit) and commerce services, operating as Colombia's fastest-growing marketplace and the country's leading Buy Now, Pay Later provider. Recently achieved profitability and secured regulatory approval to operate as a bank, backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Goldman Sachs, and Union Square Ventures.
As Head of Marketplace Supply, you will build and scale the integrated supply engine driving Addi's marketplace operations. Your mission is to transform how the platform sources, manages, and monetizes merchant inventory while competing directly with regional giants like Mercado Libre and Falabella.
Key responsibilities include: (1) Growing the active seller base 150%+ and published inventory 2x while reducing dependency on top-25 merchants and shifting mix into strategic categories; (2) Winning on value and trust by optimizing pricing and quality on high-impact listings, reducing merchant-driven order issues by 30% across 80K+ monthly orders; (3) Converting supply into a commercial asset by owning seasonal merchandising calendars, monetizing fulfillment programs, and providing self-service tooling that scales without proportional headcount growth; (4) Closing the selection gap by improving brand coverage and category productivity to best-in-class levels.
You will operate selection as an explicit system with a cause-to-effect model (breadth → price/stock/fit → quality), building decision-grade governance with daily input pulses, weekly reviews, and monthly decision instances. You'll develop data-driven category prioritization and brand-tiering methods, read categories by productivity metrics (GMV per seller, listings per seller), and activate existing catalog efficiently.
You will lead and professionalize multi-disciplinary teams across acquisition, account management, and operations, scaling a merchant base from 1,600+ sellers to significantly higher volumes while protecting quality and trust metrics like repurchase rate. You'll design and implement advanced pricing and policy mechanisms that optimize marketplace unit economics, translate the supply base into profitable commercial outcomes, and take financial accountability for supply-side performance.
