Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities, is seeking a Head of Integrated Logistics Support for its Autonomous Airpower (Fury) program. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for building Anduril's Integrated Logistics Support function from the ground up on an aggressive timeline.
You will direct all Integrated Logistics Support activities across programs, including execution, process development, best practices, technical oversight, and budget monitoring. This involves developing and implementing comprehensive logistics strategies that improve Anduril's ability to deploy, maintain, and sustain hardware systems. You'll be responsible for establishing logistics systems, standards, and data infrastructure to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and performance management. You'll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and program management to ensure alignment on logistics goals. The role requires participation in engineering efforts for product research, development, testing, and integration, as well as influence over proposal preparation, business planning, contract negotiations, and budget management.
You'll need to problem-solve obstacles for your team and both internal and external partners, communicate effectively across all stakeholder groups, and embrace a startup mentality where no task is too small. This position is critical to ensuring Anduril scales its government and DoD logistics capabilities.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, and a minimum of 10 years of DoD/government logistics or progressively complex program administration experience with leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain. You must demonstrate technical expertise in logistics management principles and strong understanding of DoD/government regulatory requirements, preferably related to aircraft. Experience working with Air Force or military branch Integrated Logistics operations is essential. You'll need excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in unstructured environments. Startup experience is preferred. Government proposal experience is desired, and you must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
