Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Head of Finished Goods & Deployments Warehousing to build and lead the function responsible for all finished goods warehousing and fulfillment operations. Reporting within the Mission Readiness organization, you will own the end-to-end strategy for finished goods inventory management, pre-deployment staging and preparation workflows, outbound fulfillment, spares and maintenance stock management, test site inventory management, and returns for deployed assets.
You will oversee both Warehouse Operations and Material Flow Engineering for the outbound and fulfillment side of Anduril, developing best practices that can be replicated globally as the company opens new facilities. This role combines deep operational expertise in finished goods distribution with strategic vision to build a scalable, world-class warehousing function from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing a comprehensive finished goods warehousing and fulfillment strategy aligned with deployment objectives and scaling across multiple domestic and international facilities; leading the function end-to-end including warehouse operations, material flow engineering, pre-deployment staging, spares management, and returns; overseeing daily operations with attention to FIFO, serialized traceability, and government property accountability; developing standardized SOPs and best practices for global replication; building and mentoring a high-performing team of warehouse managers, material flow engineers, and associates; implementing end-to-end inventory management measures including cycle counting, audits, and compliance; evaluating and optimizing ERP and WMS systems; establishing and monitoring KPIs for warehouse health; partnering cross-functionally with Deployments Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Growth teams; managing warehousing budgets; and ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR, export controls, and government property regulations.
