Rohlik is rebuilding Finance to run on AI. This new role owns how AI and automation reshape the finance operating model across the Group. You will take a live programme already running across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and the shared services centre, and scale it from promising experiments into the core way finance operates. You report directly to the Group CFO, inherit a small team (currently three), and own the results end-to-end. You decide what gets automated first, build and ship with AI tools when that's the fastest path, and hold every workstream to measurable outcomes. The role is deliberately hands-on. You should be close enough to the work to build an agent or connect systems through APIs with AI assistance (you are not expected to be a software developer). You are also senior enough to redesign how finance works and bring the rest of the business along. Key responsibilities include: owning the AI and automation agenda from strategy through delivery and impact measurement; leading process redesign by mapping current state, then designing agentic-first solutions rather than automating old steps; leading complex cross-functional programmes across Finance, Tech, and Operations; bringing the live programme to its targets with clear owners, baselines, and deadlines; redesigning core finance processes (close, reporting, forecasting) around AI and agents; building and shipping yourself using AI-assisted tools to create agents and integrate systems like NetSuite, Rossum, and n8n; leading and growing the team while raising AI fluency across finance and the shared services centre; tracking and reporting what matters (automation rate, close time, cash allocation speed, cost and effort removed); and rolling out across five markets while balancing local needs against Group standards. You will work directly with the Group CFO with fast decisions and minimal corporate overhead. Good ideas are implemented almost immediately. This is high-impact, fast-paced work built for someone who wants to move quickly and make things happen. REQUIREMENTS: - Track record of leading transformation or automation programmes that delivered results. Consulting, operations, or generalist operator backgrounds fit well. - Strong understanding of finance processes, ideally from finance transformation, operating model redesign, or automation programmes. - Hands-on with AI: you can build agents and integrate APIs with AI assistance. You are not a software engineer and do not need to be, but the tooling does not intimidate you. - Ability to set baselines, name owners, hit deadlines, and communicate early when something slips. - Capacity to lead a small team while still doing the work yourself. - Prioritise by impact and move fast; better done than perfect. - Ability to bring finance, tech, and operations teams along with you. - Fluent in English; other languages an advantage. - Regular travel to Prague HQ required (minimum 4 days per month).
