OpenAI is seeking a Head of Employee Tech & Experience (ETX) to lead the global ETX organization, reporting to the Head of Global IT. This role oversees Helpdesk, Executive Support, Systems Operations, Logistics, and AV functions, with responsibility for advancing employee experience and operational excellence across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading ETX's global growth across all functions with shared strategy and accountability for employee outcomes
- Elevating employee experience through research and design, directing investment to simplify workflows and remove unnecessary effort
- Accelerating agent-led and customer-zero work as AI capabilities advance, continually evolving the operating model to deliver measurable improvements
- Developing and growing leaders who earn trust, create psychological safety, and help people feel valued and own meaningful work
- Scaling global services to support company growth with clear commitments to reliability, security, responsiveness, and effective controls
- Shaping priorities and investment with cross-functional leadership, driving adoption and measurable improvements in how employees work
- Translating employee friction into lasting improvements in policy, service design, and organizational ownership
