Fi is seeking a Head of Data to own the data platform end-to-end. You will model device, membership, and operational data into the pipelines and warehouse layers that power the company. You'll lead a team of four analysts and serve as the primary numbers person for Finance and Product, supporting board reporting, forecasting, and experiment analysis.
This is a hands-on role for someone with prior experience building and scaling a data function. You'll work with real leverage to transform how the company makes data-driven decisions. Fi is a Series B pet-tech company founded by veterans from Square, Google, Oura, Peloton, and Uber, focused on revolutionizing pet ownership through real-time location tracking, activity monitoring, sleep analysis, and behavior insights. The mission is to bridge the communication gap between pets and humans, enabling pet parents to understand their pets' wellbeing in real time.
You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining data infrastructure, ensuring data quality and accessibility across the organization, and translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership. The role combines strategic data architecture with hands-on analytics work and team leadership. You'll partner closely with product, finance, and operations teams to drive business decisions through data.
