Salary: CAD 130,000 - 150,000 / annual
Osara Health is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead the North American customer success function. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will oversee strategic account management and customer partnerships across the US and Canada, with a focus on large enterprise insurers and employers.
Key responsibilities include leading the NA Customer Success team and day-to-day operations, guiding strategic account planning, and ensuring strong customer relationships, engagement, and retention. You will drive customer engagement and impact by developing strategies to increase awareness and utilization of Osara Health's digital health coaching programs. This includes building trusted executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders at major enterprise clients, becoming a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for key accounts.
You will scale Customer Success processes by implementing modern technologies and workflows to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience. This involves analyzing data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize growth initiatives. You will champion the voice of the customer by bringing insights and feedback into the organization, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Clinical, Data, and Business Development teams to continuously improve offerings.
The role is highly visible and externally facing, requiring representation of Osara Health at executive meetings, business reviews, and industry events, with travel across North America as needed. You will take responsibility for customer success outcomes including high satisfaction, timely renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities.
