Ivalua is a leading global provider of cloud-based procurement solutions, serving hundreds of the world's most admired brands. The company operates an international helpdesk department spanning EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions with approximately thirty experts supporting customer administrators.
In this role, you will provide first and second-level functional and technical support to users and administrators on the Ivalua procurement platform. You will help guide administrators through enhancements, updates, and upgrades, working primarily with international customers in the APAC zone in English.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing configuration requests from customer platform administrators and partners who wish to adapt and configure their solutions using the platform's user interface and configuration tools
- Discussing customer needs and implementation possibilities, taking responsibility for the functional solutions provided
- Assisting administrators with setting up SQL queries for reporting purposes
- Configuring workflows, alerts, reports, and other platform features
- Becoming a functional expert on client applications through structured training
- Earning Ivalua certification on the Buyer solution
- Occasional travel may be required
You will report to the Manager of HD Configuration and work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in office) within a diverse, international team. The company emphasizes training, career development, and a collaborative work environment with regular social events and team activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web-based software development and software configuration
- Solid SQL experience (required)
- BE/BTech or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort in multicultural environments
- Procurement domain knowledge (advantageous)
- AI experience (advantageous)
