Scribe is a specialized intelligence platform used by 94% of Fortune 500 companies to capture and operationalize how teams work. With 7M users across 600K businesses, the company is valued at $1B+ and backed by leading investors. As GTM Systems Manager, you'll own the Salesforce ecosystem and critical revenue infrastructure for a high-growth B2B SaaS company. This role manages Salesforce architecture, HubSpot administration, LeanData routing, enrichment infrastructure (Clay, PDL), CPQ configuration, and the Salesforce-Django-ERP billing integration—several of which sit on the critical path for closing deals and invoicing customers. Today this is a one-person function that has outgrown its capacity. You'll build within an existing, well-established architecture, take ownership of well-scoped workstreams, and grow into more ambiguous, higher-stakes systems problems as you prove yourself. Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets; owning production support (triage, outages, broken automation, access issues); keeping LeanData routing graphs accurate; running the enrichment stack day-to-day; administering HubSpot campaign architecture; partnering with the Senior Manager on CPQ; and closing tickets on the order-to-cash integration with Engineering. You bring 5–7 years deep in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems. Admin fundamentals (flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, sandbox-to-production change management) are second nature. You can pick up existing architecture and build cleanly inside it without redesigning. Day-to-day admin, ticket triage, and production support feel like core work, not a step down. Your changes don't break things; when they do, you catch it in sandbox first. You use AI-native tools (Claude, Cursor) as daily operating tools. You want a path from well-defined execution today toward architecture ownership tomorrow. Nice-to-haves: Salesforce Administrator certification, LeanData/Clay/CPQ experience, Salesforce-to-ERP or billing integration exposure, B2B SaaS background (PLG or hybrid GTM). This role is not for you if you want to define architecture on day one, prefer advising over executing, or see production support as beneath you.
