ClearGov is building the modern financial operating layer for the public sector, helping US local governments and school districts plan, budget, report, and communicate their finances. With over 2,000 public sector organizations using the platform, the company is expanding its reach and capabilities. As GTM Systems Manager, you will ensure operational excellence and optimal user experiences across the revenue organization's systems, including the Gong conversation intelligence platform. This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and bridges business needs with technical execution. Key responsibilities include: - Define and own the end-to-end revenue systems strategy aligned with company growth, product-led motions, and enterprise expansion - Design scalable system architectures supporting multi-product, multi-pricing, and global GTM models - Serve as long-term owner of the systems roadmap, balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability - Own core revenue systems including CRM, CPQ, billing/subscription management, marketing automation, customer data platforms, support tools, and data/BI layers - Support vendor evaluations and proofs of concept for new applications - Lead system implementations, migrations, and optimizations from discovery through rollout - Ensure systems are reliable, well-documented, secure, and auditable - Design and deploy AI/LLM-powered agentic workflows for revenue operations and GTM teams - Document requirements for larger platform enhancements and triage support requests - Partner with IT stakeholders on complex cross-platform technical implementations - Collaborate cross-functionally with Field, GTM Operations, and Enablement teams to maintain platform health and drive user adoption You should take ownership and follow through, communicate clearly and effectively, solve problems independently, learn quickly and adapt to change, care about team success, and bring perspective and humor to your work.
