As GTM Systems Manager, you'll be the first dedicated hire in this role, owning and scaling the GTM technology stack to empower the rapidly growing go-to-market team. You'll administer core systems including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Chili Piper, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Activation, Operations, and Partnerships leaders to enhance efficiency through tooling and AI-enabled processes.
Key responsibilities include: administering and scaling the GTM technology stack; partnering with GTM leadership to identify efficiency opportunities; collaborating with a GTM Engineer to build agentic workflows and automation; designing improvements to critical sales workflows such as customer handoffs; owning the systems behind the quote-to-cash process; ensuring data quality and security as the company scales; and evaluating new GTM technologies.
You'll need 4+ years of SaaS Revenue and/or Sales Operations experience with a focus on GTM systems and tooling. Strong Salesforce expertise is essential (Admin Certification preferred). You should have a track record of transforming inefficient sales processes into elegant workflows, experience managing end-to-end system implementations, curiosity about AI's role in GTM efficiency, and the ability to triage feedback and prioritize impactful work.
