Tulip Interfaces is an AI-native software platform transforming manufacturing with cutting-edge technology. Recently valued at $1.3B (January 2026), the company is growing double-digit revenue year-over-year and serves the world's leading manufacturers. Headquartered in Somerville, MA with global offices, Tulip is recognized as a Gartner leader and World Economic Forum Global Innovator. This hands-on engineering role bridges AI development and go-to-market operations. You'll design, build, and ship AI-native tools, agents, and automations that power Tulip's GTM motion—working across Clay, LLM platforms, and the broader GTM tech stack. The role splits between building production-grade AI systems and partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure reliability, adoption, and measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include: designing and shipping AI-native tools and agentic automations in Clay and adjacent platforms; integrating LLMs and agentic patterns (prompt design, retrieval, evaluations) into production GTM workflows such as CRM enrichment, account scoring, deal intelligence, and automated outreach; evaluating and evolving the GTM technology ecosystem (Salesforce, Clay, Gong, ZoomInfo); diagnosing gaps in core GTM workflows and prioritizing root-cause solutions; partnering with stakeholders to translate ambiguous requests into well-scoped, measurable tools; owning end-to-end delivery including prototyping, backend services, deployment, monitoring, and iteration with production-grade reliability and guardrails; and measuring adoption and business impact to inform prioritization. You'll collaborate closely with GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Data teams, and commercial leadership. Required: 3–5+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or software engineering building data/AI-driven applications (ideally B2B SaaS); hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered workflows or agentic automations solving real business problems; deep familiarity with Clay and the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker); comfort writing scripts and connecting systems via APIs/webhooks (Python, JavaScript, SQL); proven ability to operate through ambiguity and ship iteratively; Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferred: experience integrating LLMs/ML into production systems (RAG, evaluations); familiarity with data warehouses or BI tools (Redshift, Sigma).
