DNSFilter is a rapidly growing network security company that uses AI-driven threat intelligence to protect customers with fast, accurate threat protection and content filtering. We are seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the day-to-day configuration, integrity, and health of the platforms our revenue teams depend on—primarily Salesforce and HubSpot.
This is a hands-on build-and-maintain role where you will own how leads route, how records are structured, how systems talk to each other, and how we know when something breaks. You will sit on the GTM Operations team and partner closely with the Lead GTM Systems Engineer, GTM Operations Analyst, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical Support.
Key responsibilities include:
**Platform Administration:** Own day-to-day configuration of Salesforce and HubSpot including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and workflows. Maintain naming conventions, picklist values, and field standards to keep data usable downstream.
**Lead and Account Routing:** Own configuration of lead and account assignment including assignment rules, round robins, queues, territory and pod mapping. Validate routing behavior, investigate and resolve failures, and identify underlying configuration issues rather than correcting records one at a time.
**Integration and Data Flow:** Own the HubSpot to Salesforce integration in practice, including field mappings, sync rules, exclusion criteria, and error monitoring. Maintain documentation of how data moves between systems and proactively monitor sync errors and integration health.
**List Imports and Campaign Operations:** Own list imports end-to-end from file preparation through post-import verification. Maintain SOPs that make imports repeatable and auditable.
**Data Quality and Hygiene:** Run regular audits for duplicates, inactive user records, incomplete fields, and misassigned territories. Execute mass updates and cleanup projects with appropriate backup and validation. Establish routine checks so integrity issues surface internally.
**Change Management and Documentation:** Test configuration changes in sandbox before production. Maintain change logs covering what changed, why, who approved it, and how it was validated. Communicate releases, fixes, and known issues to affected teams.
**Operational Support:** Triage and resolve platform issues from the GTM intake queue against defined SLAs. Close the loop with requesters on status and resolution. Use AI tooling including Claude to accelerate investigation, testing, and documentation.
The ideal candidate is a strong administrator who tests before shipping, documents what they change, and communicates clearly with Sales and Marketing teams who depend on the outcome. This role is suited for someone with experience in small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS start-ups or scale-ups.
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years administering Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including the Salesforce integration and field mapping
- Salesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Demonstrated experience configuring lead routing, assignment rules, and territory models
- Experience running bulk data operations and imports with appropriate testing and validation
- A working habit of testing before deploying and documenting what you changed
- Ability to communicate clearly and directly with non-technical stakeholders about system behavior and its consequences
- Ability to work hours overlapping with ET
- Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship now and/or in the future
**Bonus qualifications:**
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- HubSpot Operations Hub or Marketing Hub certification
- Experience with data quality tooling such as RingLead, Openprise, or similar
- Experience with Zendesk, Vitally, ZoomInfo, Gong, or similar GTM tools
- Ability to find the configuration problem behind the symptom rather than fixing records one by one
- Proactive communication about what will happen before it happens and what happened after it did
