Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, is an AI-enabled platform serving public safety organizations, state and local governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions. The company transforms siloed data into operational intelligence, supporting hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries. As GTM Systems Analyst, you will be the front-line owner of day-to-day Salesforce and connected systems requests for 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance. This is a hands-on role blending responsive support with structured execution against the company's longer-term GTM systems roadmap. Key responsibilities include: - Respond to team requests and troubleshoot day-to-day Salesforce and systems issues - Manage user access, execute enhancements, and escalate complex cross-functional work to Revenue Operations - Triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact, and stay organized in a fast-changing environment - Distinguish between systems issues, user guidance needs, and broader process improvements - Balance quick-turn support with larger projects spanning weeks or months - Contribute to sprint-based projects, run recurring data-governance work, and identify automation and self-service opportunities - Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts with appropriate discretion You should have Salesforce Administrator certification (or active progress toward it) or equivalent hands-on experience with strong Salesforce fundamentals. Roughly one year of professional Salesforce administration experience may suffice if certified; without certification, deeper practical experience is expected. Familiarity with agile/sprint workflows (Asana), GTM tech stack tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay), and experience supporting GTM planning or systems-change cycles are important. Nice-to-have experience includes GovTech, public-sector sales, complex-sales-cycle SaaS, Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, or case management. You are service-oriented, proactive, and low-ego with a clear bias for action. You communicate well, turn business needs into clear systems requirements, and demonstrate sound judgment and integrity.
