Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems architecture for its growing go-to-market organization. You will serve as a hands-on partner to 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance, managing day-to-day requests across Salesforce and connected tools. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, manage user access, execute enhancements, and escalate complex or cross-functional work to the Revenue Operations team. You'll balance responsive support with structured execution against Peregrine's longer-term GTM systems roadmap, contributing to projects through sprint-based workflows, running recurring data-governance work, and identifying opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service improvements. Key responsibilities include responding to team needs and supporting business outcomes through collaborative problem-solving; communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; triaging competing requests and assessing urgency and business impact; troubleshooting day-to-day issues and distinguishing between systems problems, user guidance needs, and broader process improvements; balancing quick-turn support with larger multi-week or multi-month projects; asking clarifying questions and applying lessons across requests; developing understanding of how GTM teams operate and the importance of change management; and handling sensitive business information with appropriate discretion. Required qualifications include Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward certification, or equivalent professional experience with strong Salesforce fundamentals; hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment (approximately one year with certification, or deeper practical experience without); ability to triage competing requests and distinguish systems issues from user guidance needs or process gaps; experience supporting or executing GTM planning or systems-change cycles with ability to follow project plans and meet deadlines; familiarity with agile/sprint-based workflows and tools like Asana; growing familiarity with the broader GTM tech stack including AI and enrichment tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay, or similar); strong communication and collaboration skills; service-oriented and proactive mindset with bias toward action; and sound judgment and integrity with sensitive information. Nice-to-have qualifications include GovTech or public-sector sales experience, complex-sales-cycle SaaS background, and Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, case management, or other customer-facing experience.
