Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems architecture behind the growing go-to-market organization. You'll be a hands-on partner to 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance.
In this role, you'll serve as the front-line owner of day-to-day requests across Salesforce and connected tools. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, managing access, executing enhancements, and escalating complex or cross-functional work to Revenue Operations. You'll balance responsive support with structured execution against Peregrine's longer-term GTM systems roadmap, contributing to projects through sprint-based workflows, running recurring data-governance work, and identifying opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to team needs and take timely action to support business outcomes
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact, and stay organized in a fast-changing environment
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and distinguish between systems issues, user guidance needs, and broader process improvements
- Balance quick-turn support with larger multi-week or multi-month projects
- Ask clarifying questions, seek feedback, and apply lessons across requests and projects
- Develop understanding of how GTM teams operate and the importance of change management
- Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts with appropriate discretion
You should have Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward certification, or equivalent hands-on professional experience with strong Salesforce fundamentals. Roughly one year of certified experience or deeper practical experience without certification is expected. You're comfortable triaging competing requests, distinguishing systems issues from user guidance needs versus broader process gaps, and staying organized in fast-changing environments. Experience supporting or executing GTM planning or systems-change cycles, familiarity with agile/sprint-based workflows and tools like Asana, and growing familiarity with the broader GTM tech stack (Salesloft, Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay, or similar) are valuable. You're a strong communicator and collaborator, service-oriented, proactive, and low-ego with a clear bias for action. Nice-to-have experience includes GovTech, public-sector sales, complex-sales-cycle SaaS, Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, case management, or other customer-facing experience.
