As GTM Systems Administrator, you'll be the technical backbone of the Revenue Operations team, owning the setup, configuration, and day-to-day administration of systems powering the go-to-market engine. You'll report to the Revenue Operations Leader and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage Salesforce or HubSpot administration: object and field setup, automation/flows, user permissions, and data hygiene
- Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack (Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Gong, marketing automation) using native connectors and platforms like Zapier or Workato
- Implement data governance standards including deduplication, enrichment, validation rules, and cleanup processes
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Serve as the go-to resource for system questions, troubleshooting, process changes, and rep onboarding
You'll bring 3–6+ years of RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems administration experience at B2B SaaS companies. Strong Salesforce or HubSpot administration skills are essential (certification a plus), along with hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms and prospecting tools. You're comfortable with data hygiene, deduplication workflows, and enforcing data standards. Experience with integration platforms like Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io is required. The role is in-person at the NYC Flatiron office, 5 days per week.
Desirable skills include basic SQL or data querying, commission/comp tools experience, marketing automation platform familiarity, API experience, and startup background. Success means keeping the GTM stack reliable and well-integrated, ensuring accurate and governed CRM data, responding quickly to system requests, and proactively identifying improvements.
