Salary: USD 100,000 - 133,000 / annual

Join Datadog's GTM Strategy & Operations team as an Associate supporting the Enterprise segment in the Americas region. You'll work directly with senior leadership to drive revenue growth, improve sales force effectiveness, and execute strategic initiatives across go-to-market functions. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with Enterprise Strategy & Operations leadership to analyze business challenges and surface actionable insights - Support regional program design and execution, including headcount planning, territory design, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, and Customer Success on high-impact growth initiatives - Execute critical operating rhythms such as quarterly business reviews, forecast reviews, and leadership updates - Own day-to-day operational processes including KPI management, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization - Lead project workstreams with accountability for problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and timeline execution - Balance strategic analysis with hands-on execution, moving fluidly between big-picture strategy and operational detail You bring 2-4 years of experience in sales strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, equity research, or equivalent roles. You excel at analytical problem-solving, modeling complex operational questions, and translating data into actionable recommendations. You have a proven track record of driving outcomes across functions, strong communication skills, and experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Metabase) and SaaS/high-tech environments is valued. Prior GTM or growth strategy experience is a plus.
