Monaco is an AI-native revenue platform consolidating fragmented GTM tools (CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management) into a single unified system. The company launched publicly in February 2026, has 65 employees, strong early product-market fit generating millions in ARR, and raised $85M in Series B funding from Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital. Founders previously led Brex, Apollo, and Clari.
You will own post-sales operations end-to-end and serve as strategic partner to launch operations and FDAE (post-sales) teams. This is a senior RevOps role with post-sales focus, responsible for the operational machinery that moves customers from signature to value realization.
Key responsibilities:
- Own GTM operations end-to-end for launch operations and post-sales: onboarding, implementation, sales-to-post-sales handoff, time-to-value, and underlying systems/processes
- Identify where customers stall in onboarding, fix processes, and measure impact on activation and usage
- Identify patterns in top customers and turn them into repeatable playbooks for the team
- Grow usage-based revenue with post-sales team: model consumption, spot expansion and at-risk signals early, build motions to act on them
- Drive post-sales analytics with data team: analyze activation, usage, customer health, expansion, churn, and FDAE productivity; translate findings into decisions
- Partner with launch, FDAE, and CX leaders on operational projects and drive to completion
- Run leadership-level reporting and planning on retention, expansion, and net revenue
- Identify problems in data before others and bring recommendations alongside analysis
Requirements:
- Must-haves: 2–4 years at top-tier investment bank, management consulting, PE, or VC followed by 2+ years in GTM, RevOps, or BizOps role at early-stage startup; exceptional with data (fluent in SQL and spreadsheets, able to build models from scratch, explain findings to sales leaders concisely); strong instincts for customer success or analytical ability to uncover it; thrive with autonomy in high-velocity environment with shifting weekly priorities
- Strong pluses: prior post-sales or CX operations experience (onboarding, implementation, health scoring, renewals); experience growing revenue in usage-based or hybrid pricing models; B2B early-stage startup background; track record of turning standout customer outcomes into repeatable playbooks
