Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform enabling millions of businesses to accept payments and grow revenue. The GTM Strategy & Operations team supports a rapidly scaling sales organization by providing insights, analysis, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will partner closely with GTM leadership and regional sales leaders to drive sales productivity and effectiveness. You'll own in-depth monitoring and tracking of business metrics, create key intelligence and insights to accelerate growth, and support the "Stripe Rhythm of Business" (Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews).
Key responsibilities include:
- Support GTM leadership with intelligence and insights to accelerate growth
- Standardize global and regional processes currently decentralized across the sales organization
- Deep dive into key performance metrics and drive understanding of business performance
- Problem-solve and structure analysis for complex sales operations challenges using data and analytics
- Identify opportunities for productivity efficiency gains for regional sales leadership
- Participate in projects defining go-to-market approaches and business/resource planning
- Run analysis on key performance metrics and provide insights for managing the business
- Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools in collaboration with internal systems teams
- Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and provide ongoing updates on key business metrics
- Manage bespoke projects and stakeholder relationships effectively
You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance & Strategy, Data Science, Seller Systems, and Strategic Operations to streamline processes and optimize the go-to-market support model.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum:
- 7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment; OR operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights/analytics roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools
- Proficiency in BI visualization tools
- Experience leveraging AI to analyze data, derive insights, automate processes, or create reports/dashboards
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach to solving unique business problems
- Experience working with data and large datasets to identify trends and create insights for senior leaders
- Enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
- Works well with high adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced, ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
Preferred:
- Prior experience at a growth-stage Internet/software company
- Prior experience in the payments industry
