Base Power Company is rebuilding America's electrical grid through distributed battery networks. The company is hiring a Strategic Operations generalist to drive growth across all dimensions of the business.
In this role, you'll own the execution of go-to-market initiatives from conception through scale. Your responsibilities include launching new markets and channels, building the operational infrastructure (systems, processes, reporting, enablement) that allows them to scale, and identifying bottlenecks to fix through process improvements, automation, or new tooling. You'll translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for Sales, Growth, and leadership teams. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives from design through execution, maintaining tight timelines and clear priorities.
This is an undefined, high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You'll need comfort across spreadsheets, stakeholder conversations, and product specifications. The ideal candidate has a track record of figuring things out in under-defined settings, treats gaps as opportunities rather than someone else's problem, and has a bias toward building rather than advising. You should move fast, start before being told to, and define your own scope as you go.
