Ramp is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own the go-to-market (GTM) systems infrastructure that powers the company's rapid growth. You'll report directly to leadership and work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute mission-critical business systems projects.
In this role, you will own the full GTM systems roadmap and architecture, with primary responsibility for HubSpot and Salesforce as integrated platforms. You'll run HubSpot as a system—designing and maintaining workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, campaign structure, permissions, and naming conventions that prevent sprawl and ensure scalability. You'll keep HubSpot and Salesforce in sync through field mappings, inclusion lists, sync error triage, deduplication rules, ICP segmentation, suppression logic, enrichment, and email validation.
You'll build and deploy Salesforce automation including record-triggered flows, screen flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, permission sets, and approval processes. You own the entire path from form fill to booked meeting—capture, enrichment, deduplication, routing, sequence enrollment, and speed to lead—and maintain operational health across every step. You'll prioritize incoming requests against ROI, making data-driven decisions on what gets built, deferred, or declined.
You'll drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs, carrying projects through to closure with minimal supervision. You frame ambiguous problems, decide on solutions, and ship them. You get into the weeds to build elegant, scalable solutions, leveraging AI to automate work where appropriate. You dissect problems, drive them to completion independently, and can explain tradeoffs to any audience.
