Ramp is a fintech infrastructure company automating spend management for 70,000+ companies, processing over $200B in annualized spend. The company is in a critical growth phase and building out a business systems team to support this trajectory. In this role, you will own the end-to-end systems architecture and operations for Ramp's partner go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. You'll be the primary owner of partner systems strategy, Salesforce automation, and cross-stack integrations that directly enable channel sales growth. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the partner GTM systems roadmap, architecture decisions, and operational health - Building and deploying Salesforce automation including record-triggered flows, screen flows, validation rules, custom objects, and approval workflows - Managing partner attribution end-to-end: referral capture, deal registration, partner-to-opportunity linkage, and monthly payouts - Architecting and maintaining integrations across the tech stack (Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Workato) - Prioritizing requests based on ROI, making trade-off decisions with clear business justification - Driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams on scope, sequencing, and execution You'll need 5+ years in business systems at a fast-paced company, Salesforce Admin certification with hands-on depth in HubSpot, and proven ability to build and debug non-trivial Salesforce flows at scale. The ideal candidate frames problems independently, translates business requirements into measurable outcomes, and delivers multi-month projects with cross-team dependencies without dedicated PM support. Experience with channel/marketing systems, BI tools (Snowflake, Looker), and AI tools for development is valued. This is an individual contributor role requiring high agency, metric-driven prioritization, and the ability to own problems end-to-end.
