Heidi Health is building AI-powered clinical tools that reduce administrative burden on healthcare providers. The company has achieved significant scale—supporting 2.5 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries—and is now expanding its go-to-market operations globally. As GTM Operations Lead, you will own end-to-end GTM capabilities at both global and regional (APAC) levels, serving as a trusted execution partner to Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Analytics, and GTM Engineering teams. Key responsibilities span three core areas: **Platform & Governance:** Define and maintain data model standards for core objects (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Contracts), ensuring consistency across regions and functions. **Commercial Process Ownership:** Own the complete lead lifecycle from ingestion through qualification and handoff; manage lead routing, account and territory assignments; build and maintain sales workflows, discount thresholds, and approval processes in coordination with Finance and Legal; govern commission and incentive plans for your region; translate Finance targets into working hierarchies and track attainment; manage the systems side of renewal workflows; oversee marketplace operations integration into CRM and forecasting. **Data & Tooling Enablement:** Manage data ingestion and integration capture points; own data enrichment and activation to keep contact/company data standardized and usable; manage the GTM tech stack, vendor relationships, integrations, and licensing. You will need deep fluency with GTM tooling (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, automation), solid hands-on experience with HubSpot, and strong data proficiency. You should be a confident communicator comfortable engaging directly with Sales, CS, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders; commercially fluent enough to challenge workflows that don't align with business logic; capable of mentoring junior analysts; and comfortable operating with high agency in ambiguity and rapid change. Heidi values building for long-term impact, leading proactively, following evidence, owning outcomes end-to-end, shipping and iterating rapidly, and understanding clinician realities. The company emphasizes sustainable performance and trusts outcomes over process.
