Cognition AI is hiring a Strategy & GTM Operations Lead to build and own the frameworks, systems, and strategy that power the revenue engine across Europe. You'll partner closely with GTM leadership to translate business goals into scalable processes, ensure data accuracy across the sales funnel, and design initiatives that accelerate deals and improve predictability.
In this role, you will contribute to Europe strategy cross-functionally across Marketing, Advisor programs, ICP definition, forecasting, pipeline generation, QBRs, and headcount planning. You'll build and maintain systems powering opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows. You'll design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and drive deal velocity.
You'll partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting, manage GTM tool integrations, and evolve the stack as the company scales. A key responsibility is ensuring data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards. The role emphasizes rapid piloting, scaling, and iterating quickly in a high-intensity, high-autonomy environment.
