Fal is hiring a GTM Operations Engineer to own the execution layer of revenue systems for a 30-person GTM organization. You will report to the Revenue Operations Manager and serve as the hands-on builder and operator supporting BDRs, AEs, and AMs across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales functions. Key responsibilities include creating target lists and audiences for outbound campaigns, building custom agentic workflows using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex), running data enrichment and hygiene pipelines in Clay and Salesforce, and providing daily systems support across the GTM stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Common Room). You will execute territory refinements, CRM build work, and help new hires get up to speed on tools. You'll directly manage Outreach, Common Room, Gumloop, and Default systems. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in GTM, revenue, or sales operations at B2B software companies, with deep fluency in how revenue teams actually operate: BDR workflows (lists, sequences, handoffs), AE processes (pipeline hygiene, deal cycles, forecasting), and AM responsibilities (renewals, expansion, account health). You should be hands-on with modern GTM stacks—Salesforce administration (flows, permissions, reports), sales engagement platforms, and enrichment tools like Clay. Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and system debugging is essential; SQL is a plus but software engineering is not required. This is an AI-first role: you will use Claude, Cursor, or similar tools daily to script, automate, and ship fast. You combine systems-design thinking with a service mindset—you see the process behind each ticket, answer quickly, and happily set aside deep work to unblock a rep or research a technical issue to resolution. High ownership and low ego are critical; unglamorous data work done precisely is how revenue teams win. Nice-to-have skills include CPQ or quote-to-cash experience, workflow automation platforms (Gumloop, n8n, Zapier, Make), data warehouse or rETL exposure (BigQuery, Hightouch, Census), and familiarity with generative media or AI infrastructure.
