Ambrook is a Series B fintech startup rebuilding financial infrastructure for American family-run businesses—farmers, ranchers, and rural operators. The company helps these businesses become more profitable and resilient by replacing legacy systems with modern tools for accounting, banking, and spending.
You will own the end-to-end infrastructure behind Ambrook's go-to-market engine. This is a strategic operations role that blends analytics, judgment, and execution. You'll design and manage core GTM processes including lead routing, forecasting, call prioritization, handoffs, deal tracking, and pipeline management. You'll build performance dashboards in partnership with the Data team to help Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams make decisions and track outcomes. You'll define and maintain standards for pricing, discounting, and deal approval that drive consistency across the commercial organization.
A key part of the role is using your vantage point into commercial data to identify gaps between what the data says and what teams are actually doing, then work with those teams to close those gaps. You'll support the commercial team in defining revenue targets and planning activities to hit them. You'll also identify and design process automation and agentic workflows, strategically determining where human intervention is needed.
Within your first month, you'll learn Ambrook's marketing, sales, and customer success motion; visit a customer on-site; audit current systems and processes; and build at least one process improvement through AI workflows or internal systems. Within three months, you'll implement changes to systems and data infrastructure, identify and implement process improvements, identify high-leverage AI opportunities and pilot at least one automation, and build a process for setting and tracking targets including commission structures. Within six months, you'll own operational infrastructure for Sales, CX, and product operations; define and maintain deal standards and approval processes; build processes that systematize what's working and create infrastructure for rapid experimentation; and demonstrate measurable impact on sales efficiency, conversion, or retention.
You'll report to the Head of Operations and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
