Gather is building an all-in-one work communication platform combining Zoom and Slack functionality with a unique culture layer for remote teams. As a GTM Operations Associate, you'll support customers throughout their entire journey—from initial onboarding through renewals and ongoing success. This role offers broad exposure across the customer lifecycle rather than siloing you into a single function. You'll work with experienced cross-functional partners in a small, scrappy team where every person has outsized impact.
Key responsibilities include: managing the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Stripe, internal tools); conducting customer calls, live demos, and implementation sessions; investigating billing questions and subscription changes; ensuring CRM data accuracy; partnering with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues; identifying process improvements; capturing customer insights for product strategy; and supporting operations, sales, customer support, and special projects.
You'll need 1–3 years of B2B SaaS experience in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Support, or similar roles. Essential skills include hands-on HubSpot experience, Stripe familiarity, excellent communication, quick learning ability, strong organizational skills, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment. Portuguese fluency is a strong plus; Spanish is also valued. You should be a self-starter with a bias for action, resourcefulness, and genuine curiosity about how work gets done.
