Sierra is building a platform to help businesses create better, more human customer experiences with AI. Founded by Bret Taylor (former Salesforce co-CEO, Facebook CTO, Google Maps co-creator) and Clay Bavor (18-year Google veteran who led Google Labs, AR/VR, and Google Workspace), the company is headquartered in San Francisco with growing offices across Atlanta, New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney. In this role, you'll serve as the strategy and operations partner to the Agent Development leadership team, bringing operational rigor to support the business of building and deploying AI agents at enterprise customers. You'll establish operating cadences that provide clear visibility into business health—pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, expansion opportunities, and risks. You'll help operationalize best practices for enterprise agent deployment, defining and scaling the playbook for how Sierra builds, evaluates, launches, and expands AI agents. Key responsibilities include driving account expansion strategy by working with account teams to identify whitespace and build repeatable motions that convert post-sale momentum into revenue growth. You'll analyze complex datasets and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations that drive high-leverage decisions. You'll also build internal tooling using AI-native tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to automate workflows and create operational leverage. You'll bring 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier tech companies. You have strong analytical rigor, demonstrated experience supporting sales or commercial teams, and comfort with ambiguity in fast-changing environments. You understand how enterprise technology products are landed, deployed, and expanded, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A growth mindset, coachability, and willingness to roll up your sleeves are essential. Bonus qualifications include technical fluency and coding comfort—you've built apps or internal tools and can confidently use AI coding tools to create production-ready solutions. Experience in 0–1 operating at a growth-stage tech company is also valued.
