Baseten is a Series F AI infrastructure company ($1.5B valuation) that powers mission-critical inference for leading AI companies like Cursor, Notion, and Abridge. The GTM Engineering team is in hyper-growth and needs someone to build the connective tissue across GTM tools, processes, and field operations.
In this role, you'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale Baseten's go-to-market functions. You'll own end-to-end automation projects: building AI agents and automations that give sales reps real leverage, turning Salesforce and warehouse data into actionable dashboards and alerts, and auditing the GTM stack to identify gaps and overlaps.
Key responsibilities include shipping rep-productivity workflows fast (ideally from request to production in days), integrating third-party APIs to sync data across systems, and making smart build-vs-buy decisions. You'll use Claude Code, Cursor, and low-code tools like Clay and n8n, knowing when each is the right choice. You'll think in systems, anticipating upstream and downstream implications of every workflow you build.
Required: 3+ years in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or technical RevOps at a high-growth B2B company. You must have shipped production agents on Vercel, genuine fluency with AI coding assistants, hands-on Clay experience, direct Salesforce expertise, and a track record of owning end-to-end automation workflows. Proficiency with integration platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato) and strong judgment on build decisions are essential.
Nice-to-have skills include data warehouse and BI experience (BigQuery, Sigma, Hex), familiarity with agent platforms and frameworks, exposure to complex technical sales cycles, and a systems-thinking mindset. The role offers competitive compensation with meaningful equity, 100% medical/dental/vision coverage, and flexible PTO.
