Langdock is a secure, model-agnostic AI platform used by over 10,000 companies daily to bring leading AI models into their organizations. The company bridges the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it, enabling teams to augment and automate work through chat, agents, integrations, workflows, and APIs.
As a GTM Engineer, you will build systems that drive Langdock's growth by combining commercial judgment with technical curiosity. You'll sit within the Sales & Partnerships team while collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to identify bottlenecks and ship working solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building systems that create qualified pipeline by combining account data, buying signals, and AI research to identify relevant companies and prioritize outreach
- Connecting inbound and product signals to action through enrichment, qualification, and routing workflows
- Automating account preparation, meeting follow-ups, CRM updates, and handovers to give sellers more time with customers
- Supporting partner-led growth by identifying account overlap and surfacing expansion opportunities
- Building data foundations by connecting CRM, product data, enrichment sources, and GTM tools through APIs and automation
- Running experiments with clear commercial hypotheses, shipping small versions, and scaling what works
- Owning shipped work end-to-end, including testing AI outputs, handling failures, respecting data privacy, and documenting workflows
- Using Langdock itself to build agents and workflows for the GTM team, feeding learnings back into the product
This is a builder role focused on shipping solutions, not CRM administration. You'll spend time understanding problems, ship first versions, and improve based on real outcomes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience building useful automations (portfolio or examples required at application)
- Commercial thinking: understanding B2B sales funnels and ability to distinguish impressive workflows from those that improve pipeline quality, conversion, or productivity
- Technical resourcefulness with APIs, webhooks, structured data, and tool integration; comfortable using code when needed and debugging AI-assisted code
- Working knowledge of automation tools such as Langdock, Clay, n8n, or similar platforms (tool-agnostic; learning ability valued over certifications)
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into testable ideas without overengineering initial versions
- Strong communication skills; ability to listen, explain technical decisions clearly, and ensure workflows are adopted by end users
- Background may be in GTM engineering, growth, RevOps, software engineering, or building your own business
