MNTN is seeking a GTM Engineer to join the Revenue Operations team, sitting at the intersection of marketing operations and technical systems. This is a hands-on, build-and-fix role focused on engineering applied to go-to-market infrastructure rather than platform administration.
You will own the automation, integration, and infrastructure layer powering MNTN's GTM motion. Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining lead routing logic across Salesforce and LeanData; designing web form infrastructure and API integrations for CRM/MAP data flow; building campaign automation and workflow infrastructure; managing domain warming and email deliverability across sending infrastructure; connecting marketing, sales, and data platforms via APIs and automation tools; building agentic workflows and AI-assisted tooling to reduce manual handoffs in lead qualification, enrichment, and routing; querying and reporting on system health using SQL/BigQuery; diagnosing and fixing GTM stack breakages before they impact revenue; and owning trigger architecture for omnichannel event-driven touches.
Required experience includes 3+ years in marketing operations, GTM engineering, or related technical ops roles. You must have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), Salesforce CRM, and large-scale omnichannel campaigns. Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integration tools (Workato, Zapier, n8n, or custom scripting) is essential. You should understand lead routing logic, email deliverability fundamentals (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation), and sales outreach tools like Outreach.io or Salesloft. SQL/BigQuery fluency is required, along with comfort using data to guide workflow design. Strong knowledge of AI tools and agentic workflows applied to GTM systems is important—you should treat AI as core infrastructure, not an add-on. Bonus skills include Python/JavaScript scripting and prior RevOps systems experience.
You'll work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with a team that values trust, ambition, quality, radical honesty, and compassionate leadership. MNTN was named one of Ad Age's Best Places to Work in 2026 and Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in 2023.
