Gumloop is an AI infrastructure platform enabling companies to build, deploy, and manage AI agents securely within their own cloud environments. The company has raised over $70M from top-tier investors (Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Nexus Ventures) and counts Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor among its customers. As GTM Engineer, you'll build and operate the automated systems powering Gumloop's revenue engine. This is a greenfield individual contributor role where you'll design and deploy AI agents and workflows to automate the company's own go-to-market motion—from signal-based prospecting and account enrichment to meeting scheduling, CRM hygiene, and post-call follow-ups. You'll dogfood the platform extensively. Key responsibilities include: integrating the full GTM stack (Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, HeyReach, ad platforms) into a cohesive system with clean data flows; owning Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, automations, validation rules); building the outbound engine end-to-end with intent detection, enrichment, AI-personalized touchpoints, and human review checkpoints; automating marketing and CS workflows (lifecycle campaigns, lead scoring, churn alerts, onboarding sequences); translating GTM strategy into automated playbooks and signal-driven workflows; establishing data quality and governance standards; designing observability and monitoring into systems; and influencing product development based on your automation experience. You'll partner directly with sales, marketing, and CS leadership to translate strategy into measurable revenue outcomes. The role requires technical aptitude with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and SQL; 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, Revenue Operations, or technical RevOps; fluency with modern outbound and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencers, HeyReach, PhantomBuster); understanding of attribution models and analytics stacks (PostHog, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel); and a builder mentality with experience shipping internal tools or automation pipelines. AI-native experience (LLMs, prompt engineering, agents) is essential. You thrive in ambiguity, figure out what matters, ship quickly, and own outcomes.
