Eleos Health is building the system of action for community-based care, powered by Polaris AI. The company helps behavioral health, hospice, home health, and care teams reduce administrative burden, protect revenue and compliance, and spend more time delivering care. Eleos shifts the industry from reactive to proactive problem-solving.
As a GTM Engineer, you will own the automation and optimization of go-to-market and operations workflows. You'll map current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and build end-to-end workflows that reduce manual work and improve consistency across GTM and operations teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and deploying AI agents, copilots, and automation tools that integrate into existing systems as first-class components, not bolt-ons
- Connecting tools, data sources, and workflows across the tech stack to enable seamless data flow and real-time insights
- Creating scalable frameworks for workflow building, maintenance, and improvement with governance and performance tracking
- Monitoring workflow performance, iterating based on feedback, and translating ambiguous problems into structured solutions
- Tracking AI landscape innovations and bringing in best practices and new tools
- Owning solution deployment end-to-end from discovery through adoption, including enablement and user training
You think in systems, see how tools and workflows connect across teams, and design coherent solutions. You move fast without compromising on what matters, ship quickly, learn, and improve. You're energized by turning messy manual processes into automated, scalable systems.
**Requirements:**
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM or systems role
- Hands-on experience building production workflows using automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar)
- Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools to real operational workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models) with at least one deployed example
- Logical, structured approach to breaking down workflows, sequencing them correctly, and designing before building
- Comfort working across technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating between them
- Prioritization of building and shipping over prolonged planning; moving from idea to production quickly
- Ability to drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight, proactively engaging stakeholders and taking ownership
- Experience in teaching and change management; treating adoption as part of the job with demonstrated patience
**Nice-to-haves:**
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or low-code/no-code platforms
- Exposure to CRM, support, or operational SaaS systems
- Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement
