Bevi is seeking a GTM Engineer to join the Revenue Operations team. This is a hands-on builder role focused on designing, building, and scaling the technical infrastructure that powers go-to-market motion. The role sits at the intersection of revenue strategy and technical execution, with high visibility and ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Embedding with Sales & Marketing leaders to identify high-impact problems and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Running GTM Engineering with product discipline: scoping, prototyping, shipping, measuring, and scaling solutions
- Defining success metrics for systems shipped (meetings booked, pipeline influenced, speed-to-lead, conversion, rep efficiency, CRM data quality)
- Building LLM-powered workflows and agents that give sellers and marketers leverage, including prompt libraries, outbound personalization, and account research at scale
- Designing workflows for enrichment, routing, segmentation, scoring, and signal-based actions across the GTM lifecycle
- Creating agentic outbound systems that help reps prospect smarter and personalize at scale
- Reducing administrative burden on reps through automated logging, smart field updates, and in-workflow tools
- Connecting the GTM stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, intent tools, internal tools, analytics) using AI-powered, lightweight integrations
- Staying current on emerging GTM tools and recommending adoption, testing, or retirement decisions
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Marketing Ops, or GTM Engineering in B2B environments
- Practical production experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and prompt engineering
- Deep Salesforce fluency including data model, automation patterns, workflow design, QA, and hygiene practices
- Hands-on experience building and operationalizing enrichment and orchestration workflows (Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
- Comfortable writing SQL and working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
- Strong commercial bias and systems thinking with bias for automation
- Strong project management skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
