Artemis Security is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the technical infrastructure powering the company's go-to-market motion. This is a founding-level role at an AI-native company where you'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, RevOps, and engineering. You will own the technical systems that enable Artemis to find, engage, and close customers more efficiently. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining GTM infrastructure (CRM configuration, data pipelines, tool integrations, internal tooling), designing AI-driven agents and automations to eliminate manual work across sales, marketing, and customer success, and owning the GTM data layer that connects product usage, CRM, marketing tools, and external data sources. You'll build enrichment, scoring, and prioritization systems that surface the right accounts and signals to the right teams. You'll partner with sales to automate outbound workflows and personalization at scale, work with marketing on attribution and campaign automation, and collaborate with customer success on health scoring and churn detection. You'll evaluate and integrate the GTM tool stack, build internal dashboards for visibility, and operate with a product mindset—shipping daily and iterating constantly. Required qualifications include 3+ years blending technical work with GTM, revenue operations, or growth (titles like GTM Engineer, RevOps Engineer, Growth, Sales Engineer, or Marketing Engineer). You need strong technical fluency with AI coding tools, no-code automation, and modern GTM tooling. You should be a systems thinker comfortable mapping data across complex deal cycles, fluent in AI-driven workflows, and experienced with data warehouses, dbt, or reverse ETL tools (Fivetran, Hightouch, Census). A builder's mindset, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and excellent communication skills are essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include a technical degree, prior early-stage startup experience (especially founding GTM/RevOps roles), cybersecurity or enterprise B2B SaaS background, experience building custom internal tools (React, Retool, Streamlit), cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP), and experience with agentic AI systems or LLM-powered tools.
