Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and enterprise-grade infrastructure. This GTM Enablement Manager role owns the end-to-end design and execution of frontline manager development programs—a critical lever for sales performance. You will build repeatable systems across three core areas: (1) a structured manager coaching program that defines what great looks like in coaching conversations, team reviews, and development planning, with governance and success metrics that scale; (2) a methodology reinforcement model that translates Harvey's sales methodology into practical field behaviors and embeds them in quarterly workflows; and (3) foundational rep skill-building programs (discovery, competitive positioning, core seller skills) that managers cannot run alone, with clear adoption and behavior-change measurement. You'll partner cross-functionally with RevOps and Revenue Leadership to ensure coaching and training reinforce business operations, and collaborate with the GTM Onboarding PM to develop best-in-class new manager onboarding. Critically, you own measurement and outcomes—defining success metrics around manager adoption, behavior change, and field productivity, then using those signals to continuously improve the programs. The role requires 6–8 years in enablement, L&D, program management, or related GTM functions at high-growth tech companies. You should have a proven track record building programs specifically for frontline managers and leaders (not just individual contributors), familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, etc.), and the ability to translate methodology into field behaviors. Strong program management instincts—governance, stakeholder rhythms, measurement frameworks—are essential. You understand what drives durable behavior change and build for that, not just completion rates. You can influence leaders and managers across functions without formal authority and communicate with clarity and structure in ambiguous, build-from-scratch work.
