As GTM Enablement Manager, you'll be the connective tissue across the go-to-market organization, translating strategy into execution and building scalable programs that improve sales effectiveness and customer outcomes. You'll partner with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and L&D to ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge, tools, processes, and content needed to deliver exceptional experiences and drive business results.
Key responsibilities include designing and improving sales onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp time, developing ongoing training in product knowledge, consultative selling, and objection handling. You'll analyze sales performance data, win/loss trends, and call recordings to identify best practices and create repeatable playbooks. You'll translate product positioning and competitive insights into practical sales playbooks, talk tracks, FAQs, and customer-facing resources.
You'll own sales enablement content including playbooks, product documentation, competitive battle cards, and sales presentations, ensuring teams have easy access to current, accurate materials. You'll develop scalable communication plans for product launches and organizational changes, and own or co-own enablement tooling (CRM macros, content libraries, call recording platforms) to help teams find resources quickly.
The role requires someone with prior experience carrying an individual sales quota or serving in a consultative customer-facing role (Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or similar). You understand firsthand what it takes to build customer trust, navigate objections, and operate in performance-driven environments.
