As GTM Enablement Manager, you'll be the connective tissue across the go-to-market organization, translating strategy into execution and building scalable programs that improve sales effectiveness and customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
**Sales Enablement & Training:** Design and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp time. Develop ongoing training on product knowledge, consultative selling, objection handling, and customer experience. Create certifications, learning paths, and coaching resources. Analyze sales performance trends to identify enablement opportunities.
**Data & Feedback Loop:** Analyze conversion, win/loss, and retention data to identify what's working and feed insights into training. Review call recordings to surface best practices from top performers and turn them into repeatable playbooks. Track enablement-specific metrics and their downstream impact on conversion and win rates.
**Cross-Functional Partnership:** Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning and messaging into sales playbooks and talk tracks. Collaborate with Product Management on product launch readiness. Work with Marketing on campaign consistency. Support Revenue Operations on CRM adoption and process improvements. Engage Customer Experience and Customer Success teams on onboarding, retention, and upsell experiences. Gather frontline feedback and communicate customer insights back to leadership.
**Content & Communication:** Create high-converting playbooks, call scripts, objection-handling guides, and cross-sell/upsell matrices. Own organization and maintenance of sales enablement content including playbooks, competitive battle cards, and presentations. Package customer proof points and case studies into reusable assets. Develop scalable communication plans for launches and organizational changes.
**Tools & Process:** Own or co-own enablement tooling such as CRM macros, content libraries, and call recording platforms to ensure teams can find resources quickly. Partner with RevOps to maintain CRM data quality and process consistency.
