Salary: USD 140,000 - 162,000 / annual

As GTM Enablement Manager, you will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and own end-to-end enablement for the Client Management team (Strategic Account Managers, Client Success Managers, Implementation Managers). You will design and execute comprehensive onboarding, training, and change management programs as Garner scales. Key responsibilities include: - Lead go-to-market enablement and everboarding programs for client-facing teams - Develop change management, training, and certification programs for product launches, new tools, and strategic initiatives - Manage end-to-end onboarding for new Client Management team members, including pre-recorded content, live sessions, and certification - Collaborate with Client Management leadership, marketing, product, and operations to align on training design and rollout - Manage enablement content and collateral across LMS, Google Drive, and other repositories - Define and track KPIs (ramp time, client retention, satisfaction) to measure enablement impact You bring 5+ years of sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM training experience, ideally supporting account management or client success teams. You have a track record in strategy and operations roles, thrive in rapidly evolving startup environments, and can solve problems in ambiguous situations with a focus on clarity. Healthcare or health insurance experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
