CodeRabbit is a leading AI code review platform trusted by 17,000+ customers and 150,000 open-source projects, processing over 2 million code reviews weekly. The company recently closed a $143M Series C at $1.5B valuation and is building Agentic Change Management to serve as the control layer for software changes created by humans and AI.
In this role, you will own the quality of data underpinning every routing rule, territory, forecast, and ARR number at CodeRabbit. You'll start by handling daily requests from GTM and Finance teams routed through RevOps, converting each request type into a documented runbook. Your primary focus will be building a Data Quality Agent—an AI agent that autonomously handles most recurring requests, routes risky changes to humans for approval, and maintains full audit records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the tier-1 data queue for GTM systems: account ownership changes, account creation, merges, parent-child hierarchies, lead conversion, and billing subscription linking
- Resolving requests within team standards and documenting handoffs for teammates
- Writing and maintaining runbooks for recurring request types, including triggers, checks, steps, edge cases, and escalation criteria
- Designing, building, and operating the Data Quality Agent using CodeRabbit's Coding Agent and engineering harness, progressing from shadow mode to autonomous operation
- Defining agent approval tiers: autonomous fixes, human-approval proposals, and mandatory escalations
- Running duplicate detection and merge operations across accounts, contacts, and leads; maintaining account hierarchies as customers grow and reorganize
- Closing enrichment gaps (firmographics, domains, HQ location, parent company) using enrichment tools and the data warehouse
- Tracking request queue and data health metrics: volume by type, resolution time, agent accuracy, and human override rates
- Identifying root causes of repeat requests and proposing upstream engineering fixes
You'll join Business Systems, a small team building with agentic tools daily, using the same engineering harness CodeRabbit's engineers use for Salesforce and internal tool changes.
