Salary: USD 138,000 - 210,000 / annual
Gong is seeking a GTM AI Architect to join its newly-formed AI Acceleration Team within GTM Strategy & Operations. This is a founding hire on a lean, fast-moving team with high executive visibility.
You will identify high-leverage opportunities to improve GTM productivity, then scope, design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions alongside a GTM AI Engineer. Your role ensures the team works on the most impactful projects and drives them through to adoption, measuring outcomes that matter. Example: a system that scans months of call activity to identify customers who previously requested a shipped feature, auto-drafts personalized outreach with use cases, enabling field teams to close the loop.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify friction and manual work across GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions
- Architect AI-powered workflows and internal tools that increase productivity across GTM teams
- Take initiatives from concept through production and continued iteration—not just prototyping
- Translate technical possibilities into clear business cases and outcomes for stakeholders
- Partner closely with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT teams who own operational surfaces, data foundation, and AI infrastructure
- Drive adoption of new AI tools and workflows, measuring and reporting impact
- Work with subject matter experts from field teams
Required qualifications:
- Experience building or scaling a consultancy, advisory practice, or internal function focused on AI/technology adoption
- Track record of tying technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes
- Comfort operating as both architect and hands-on builder—design solutions and help implement them
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Working knowledge of modern AI/LLM tooling for credible technical conversations
Nice to have:
- Prior GTM Strategy & Operations, RevOps, or client-facing AI implementation/consulting experience
- Experience partnering with leadership on tool or process adoption
