You will join as a Growth Strategy & Operations Associate, working directly with the Head of Talent Growth as a strategic partner and execution lead. This is a high-ownership Chief of Staff role at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations, serving as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and drive the demand and supply growth roadmap in partnership with leadership
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans with owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across demand and supply verticals
- Own growth operations including funnel optimization, automation initiatives, and marketing-to-sales handoffs
- Lead cross-functional programs spanning product-led, operations-led, and marketing-led growth initiatives
- Drive structured problem-solving: define hypotheses, run experiments, measure impact, and iterate
- Ensure alignment and accountability across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Sales
- Build and track growth metrics, dashboards, and reporting for monthly business reviews
- Improve quality and effectiveness of growth funnels, systems, and processes
- Operate hands-on across analytics, marketing technology, strategy, and execution
Required qualifications: 3–4 years in high-growth startups, strategy, operations, or consulting; strong analytical skills with data fluency (SQL a plus); demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders; strong problem-structuring and prioritization skills; comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with high ownership; clear communication and ability to align teams and hold owners accountable.
Nice-to-have: engineering or STEM background, product management or product-led growth exposure, sales team collaboration experience, technical familiarity with engineers, Tier 1 consulting or startup experience.
