You will join the Cyber GRC Team as a GRC Security Specialist, working at the core of Payoneer's security strategy. This role is central to protecting the global financial platform and the trust of millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and audit requirements
- Create a comprehensive cyber security compliance strategy aligned with contractual obligations and globally recognized standards (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST, cloud security frameworks)
- Identify regulatory and industry-specific compliance requirements and design appropriate controls
- Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to verify compliance procedures are followed
- Oversee and evaluate compliance systems for effectiveness
- Compile and present compliance reports to management
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory trends, and best practices for organizational impact
- Design and implement enhancements to compliance communication, monitoring, and enforcement
- Develop and execute company-wide compliance awareness programs and training initiatives
- Partner with Legal and IT teams on data protection agreements and compliance initiatives
- Lead security awareness and training programs across the organization
- Assist in incident response planning and investigations as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in GRC, information security, or compliance within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and security standards: SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST, cloud security frameworks
- Knowledge and experience in AI Governance, including AI risk management, ethical AI principles, and alignment with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodology
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and security controls
- Experience conducting security risk assessments and working with auditors or regulatory bodies
- Strong project management skills managing multiple compliance initiatives
- Experience collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders on security measures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate compliance requirements into actionable business processes
- Ability to interface effectively with technical staff and senior management
- Proficiency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication abilities
Advantages:
