Diligent is seeking a GRC Project Manager to lead customer adoption initiatives and drive business expansion for their Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions. In this role, you will manage professional services engagements independently or collaboratively, coordinating task allocation and delivering support throughout the customer journey and product enablement lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include actively managing projects to ensure successful delivery while minimizing delays and managing budgets efficiently. You will leverage domain and product expertise to expand business opportunities through customer interactions, supporting sales on discovery calls, statement of work generation, and scoping activities. You will work in conjunction with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams to develop strategies that drive increased adoption of Diligent solutions and support expansion plays within the GRC use case.
You will spearhead the development of business solutions that leverage Diligent's full product suite, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to customers. The role combines project management discipline with business development acumen, requiring someone who is passionate about technology, commercially driven, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
