Nozomi Networks is seeking a Go-To-Market Systems Administrator to support and administer their modern sales technology stack. The company is a leader in AI-powered OT/IoT cybersecurity, protecting critical infrastructure across 68+ countries.
In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the GTM organization, managing multiple SaaS platforms and serving as the primary support resource for sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, and enablement teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and supporting the complete Go-To-Market technology ecosystem
- Managing user accounts, permissions, roles, and access requests across platforms
- Configuring reports, dashboards, workflows, and system settings
- Providing Tier 1 support and troubleshooting user issues
- Partnering cross-functionally to ensure technology aligns with business objectives
- Documenting configurations, processes, and best practices
- Monitoring platform health and identifying efficiency improvements
- Supporting system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and feature rollouts
- Staying current with emerging GTM and AI technologies
You should be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and genuine curiosity about technology. Experience administering multiple SaaS platforms in a GTM environment is essential, along with expertise in user provisioning, permissions management, and report/dashboard creation. A customer service mindset, excellent communication, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are critical.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce, Clari, LeanData, Loopio, and other revenue operations platforms.
