Teya is a European fintech platform serving local businesses—cafés, restaurants, salons, shops, and entrepreneurs—with financial tools, thoughtful design, and human support. The company is Series C funded and operates across Europe.
You will be the guardian of Teya's HubSpot CRM instance, ensuring it remains healthy, trustworthy, and reliable for the sales team and leadership. Your mission is to keep the system performing so that salespeople can sell without worrying about the underlying platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate root causes of CRM failures rather than applying quick fixes. Own the investigation when HubSpot misbehaves, validate the real root cause, and drive it to resolution. You are the single point of contact for CRM issues.
- Prevent recurring problems by learning from failures, spotting patterns, hardening implementations, and putting guardrails in place so entire classes of problems disappear. Ensure all automations and implementations follow governance guidelines before and after going live.
- Measure CRM health by building dashboards that show system performance at a glance. Track error rates, adoption, and data quality over time, turning CRM health from a feeling into measurable metrics.
- Turn data into action by reading and analyzing numbers, globalizing and cleaning up reporting, retiring unused dashboards, and using data to surface problems before they're reported.
- Build and improve hands-on by creating new automations, refining existing ones, debugging workflows, and keeping the instance clean, governed, and scalable across European markets.
Your success is measured by fewer recurring failures, faster time to resolution, cleaner data, and leadership confidence in the numbers because someone is actively monitoring the system daily.
Requirements:
- Detective's instinct: you seek root causes, not symptoms, and enjoy the investigative process
- Owner's mindset: you act proactively without waiting to be told; you know the instance and take initiative
- Reactive when needed, proactive by default: you meet SLAs when issues arise and raise risks before they spread
- Data-driven and analytical: you read data, understand problems, and propose fixes
- Confidence to challenge requests and protect the right solution
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable)
- Experience with ticketing systems and SLAs
- Comfort building automations and reading workflow logic
- Understanding of custom code is a plus but not required; the role focuses on investigation, prevention, reporting, and governance rather than heavy coding
