Impossible Cloud is a fast-growing B2B cloud company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, building a cloud object storage solution comparable to AWS S3, purpose-built and optimized for AI and compute workloads. The company is expanding beyond storage to build a high-performance compute platform, offering an end-to-end solution from GPU infrastructure to full GPU platform software stack. They are redefining the cloud ecosystem by bridging decentralized infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and AI applications.
As Go to Market Engineer / RevOps Engineer, you will own the technical infrastructure that powers Impossible Cloud's go-to-market motion, which is built on automation, data, and speed. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Owning and developing the data model and automated processes in and around the CRM
- Building and maintaining inbound lead automations that connect Marketing efforts with the CRM
- Developing and optimizing the Sales quoting process
- Ensuring seamless data flow and automation across go-to-market systems
- Supporting the channel-first go-to-market strategy through technical infrastructure
This role sits at the intersection of RevOps, sales enablement, and technical operations. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure that the company's commercial hyper-growth is supported by robust, scalable systems and processes. The ideal candidate has experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, sales operations, and data modeling, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
