As Global Workplace Experience and Operations Manager, you will lead the Camper Experience team and drive operational excellence across Culture Amp's global offices in Melbourne, Sydney, San Francisco, Chicago, Berlin, and London.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the Camper Experience team across three regions (APAC, North America, and EMEA), overseeing all aspects of global facilities and real estate operations including leases, office changes, maintenance, and workplace standards. You will establish and improve workplace health, safety, compliance, and emergency-preparedness practices across all locations.
Key responsibilities include shaping a global events and workplace experience strategy that supports connection across all hubs and the remote employee population, managing workplace vendors, contracts, and budgets while setting clear service expectations, and building reliable operating processes for inspections, safety reporting, service requests, and operational reporting. You will use workplace data such as space utilization and service metrics to guide priorities and drive continuous improvements.
You will partner closely with People, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Internal Communications teams, as well as senior leaders across global hubs. The role requires balancing global standards with local needs while managing competing priorities around risk, service, and cost.
This position is based in Melbourne with an expectation to work from the office four days per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Significant experience in workplace, facilities, real estate, or related operations across multiple locations
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, compliance, risk management, and emergency preparedness
- Demonstrated people leadership with ability to support a team working across regions and time zones
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, projects, and broad stakeholder groups
- Service-focused approach with genuine interest in employee experience, events, and connection
- Ability and willingness to work from Melbourne office four days per week
- Comfortable setting direction and solving practical workplace issues
- Skilled at balancing global standards with local needs
- Able to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions about risk, service, and cost
- Interested in improving workplace operations through clear processes and data
